This weekend I had a friend over and we made the most awesome "pop tarts" and...drum roll...Butter Beer just like in Harry Potter! Don't worry, this is a kid's drink. 
Don't think of the normal frosted Pop Tarts. Think of flaky puff pastry, chocolate filling, and a homemade glaze. They were perfectly cooked and awesome. We used the leftover dough to make mini cinnamon rolls. Delicious!
In December we visited Harry Potter World
in Disney World and we discovered the wondrous drink, Butter Beer. It tastes really sweet, so it's a really great kids' drink. We felt right at home there, just like we were wizards, too.
